The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated is seeking a Risk Services Coordinator to support the day-to-day administration of workers’ compensation claims. The role blends in-office collaboration with a hybrid work schedule, requiring at least 3 days on site each week and strong communication with injured employees, claims partners, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish, read/write/speak fluently.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a professional office environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to type at least 35 wpm with good accuracy.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, professional phone etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between injured employees, claims adjusters, and medical providers.
• Manage and distribute incoming correspondence; ensure timely handling of documents.
• Coordinate subpoena requests and legal documentation with confidentiality.
• Support claims adjusters and legal counsel with requested information.
• Maintain accurate claim records and coding in systems and with the Third-Party Administrator.
• Prepare wage statements and workers’ compensation documentation.
• Complete and submit state-specific workers’ comp forms as needed.
• Coordinate medical bill submissions and respond to provider inquiries.
• Distribute required medical panel postings and workers’ comp notices.
• Communicate employee work status updates with relevant teams.
• Support leave-of-absence processes and accommodations with Benefits team.
