Radwell International LLC in Willingboro, NJ is seeking a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist – Returns to manage customer return requests, warranty claims, credits and related issues in both English and Spanish. This role serves as a liaison between customers and internal teams to resolve returns and post-sale concerns.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to communicate professionally across departments.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer return requests, warranty claims, and return-related inquiries in both English and Spanish.
• Review and process return authorizations, credits, and related documentation.
• Investigate customer concerns and coordinate resolutions with internal departments.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for bilingual customers regarding return and warranty issues.
• Track and monitor open return cases through completion.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Shipping, Production, Quality, Accounting, and Sales teams.
• Process credits, refunds, and adjustments per company policies.
• Maintain accurate records and detailed case documentation.
• Communicate case updates and resolutions to customers in their preferred language.
• Handle questions, escalations, and problem-solving professionally.
• Escalate complex issues to ensure prompt resolution.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements.
• Support departmental objectives focused on customer satisfaction and efficiency.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
