Job summary

AT&T is seeking a Store Manager in Miami to oversee daily retail operations and lead a team to deliver best-in-class service. You’ll manage merchandising, product launches and sales objectives while training and coaching staff for leadership growth.

Weekly hours are 40 with regular time type. The role includes a competitive base salary plus commission and robust benefits, with starting pay reflecting location and experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.
