Mobilelink Delaware LLC is seeking a Retail Store Manager to oversee sales, service, and the customer experience at a Cricket Wireless location. You will lead a team, coach performance, manage inventory, and ensure operational standards while driving growth in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires proven leadership, strong communication, and the ability to train staff on promotions and new products.

Qualifications

• Two years' proven retail sales management experience.
• Two years recruiting, hiring, and developing store teams.
• Excellent sales skills; ability to meet/exceed targets.
• Motivate, lead, and develop others.
• Flexible hours: evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Reliable transportation to support other locations within 30 minutes.

Responsibilities

• Fully accountable for sales, service, and customer experience in-store.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the team to succeed.
• Create a work environment where employees can excel.
• Maintain exceptional customer experience.
• Educate staff on compensation plans and maximize sales.
• Coordinate with District Manager to launch new products or processes.
• Ensure staff trained on new products and promotions.
• Assist HR and Loss Prevention in investigations.
• Staff to budgeted hours; schedule.
• Maintain clean, inviting store atmosphere.
• Support outside events and community activities.
