Mobilelink LLC is seeking a Retail Store Manager to oversee store sales, service and operations. You will lead a team, drive performance, and ensure customer experience aligns with Cricket Wireless standards.

The role requires coaching, training, and partnership with leadership to launch new products and promotions. Responsibilities include scheduling, maintaining store standards, and protecting assets while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Two years retail sales management experience.
• Two years recruiting, hiring, and developing successful store sales teams.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and develop others.
• Fluent English and Spanish.

Responsabilités

• Fully accountable for the execution of sales, service, and customer experience initiatives in-store.
• Lead and coach the team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Ensure store operations conform to company policies and standards.
• Educate staff on compensation plans and sales strategies to maximise revenue.
• Coordinate with District Manager to launch new products and promotions.
• Schedule staff to meet budgeted hours and maintain a welcoming store environment.
