Qualifications

• Must be able to speak fluent English.
• Two years proven retail sales management experience.
• Two years of recruiting, hiring, and developing successful store sales teams.
• Excellent sales skills and demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and develop others.

Responsibilities

• Fully accountable for the execution of sales, service, and customer experience initiatives in-store.
• Lead and coach the team to succeed and create an environment where employees excel.
• Ensure exceptional customer experience and maximize sales.
• Educate staff on the compensation plan and how to maximize sales.
• Coordinate with District Manager to launch new products, services, or processes.
• Ensure staff are trained on promotions and products to sell with confidence.
• Assist HR and Loss Prevention with internal investigations as needed.
• Staff and schedule to budgeted hours; maintain a clean, inviting store atmosphere.
• Adhere to compliance, processes, and documentation; respond promptly to communications.
