Job summary

Mobilelink USA in Burlington, NC is seeking a Retail Store Manager to oversee all sales and operations at the location. You will lead a team, drive performance, and ensure a superior customer experience in-store.

Salary ranges from $40,000 to $60,000 base plus commission per year, with unlimited growth potential and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, and life insurance, PTO after 90 days, and more.

Qualifications

• Must have 2 years of proven retail sales management experience.
• 2 years of recruiting, hiring, and developing store sales teams.
• Excellent sales skills and ability to meet/exceed performance standards.
• Able to motivate, lead and develop others.
• Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to operate a personal computer, wireless equipment, copier, and fax.
• Fluent English required.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Fully accountable for the execution of sales, service, and customer experience initiatives in-store.
• Lead team to succeed and coach through performance feedback and development.
• Create a work environment where all employees can excel.
• Always deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Educate personnel on the compensation plan and maximise sales.
• Partner with District Manager to launch new products, services, or processes.
• Ensure employees are trained on new products and promotions.
• Assist HR and Loss Prevention in internal investigations.
• Staff and schedule to budgeted hours and maintain store cleanliness.
• Adhere to policies, processes, and reports.
