Responsibilities

• Fully accountable for the execution of sales, service, and customer experience initiatives in-store.

• Educate personnel on the compensation plan and maximise sales.
• Launch new products and promotions with relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure staff are trained on products, promotions, and back-office compliance.
• Schedule and staff to budgeted hours while maintaining a welcoming store atmosphere.
