Job summary

Mobily is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead sales and operations across the store. You will drive performance, coach a team, and ensure an exceptional customer experience while launching new products and services with leadership partners.

You’ll oversee inventory, compliance, and daily store routines to keep operations smooth. The role requires bilingual English and Spanish, 1+ year of retail management, and a passion for coaching high-performing teams.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail sales management experience, preferably in a commissioned environment.
• Bilingual English and Spanish required for bilingual role eligibility.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills with a sales-driven mindset.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
