Mobily in Sterling, IL is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead sales and operations at the store level. You will drive performance, coach a team, and ensure exceptional customer experiences while rollout out new products and services with district collaboration.

This role requires strong sales leadership, the ability to motivate staff, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Competitive base salary with uncapped commission and full benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak fluent English and Spanish.
• Two (2) years proven retail sales management experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the sales and operations of the store.
• Lead by example and coach the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Manage inventory and rollout new products and services.
• Train and develop the team to sell with confidence and knowledge.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and efficient store environment for every customer.
• Play an active role on the sales floor to coach and motivate.
• Handle administrative duties like compliance and reporting.
