Mobily is actively seeking a Retail Store Manager to own the sales and operations of a Mobily store in Texas. You will lead by example, coach your team, and ensure an exceptional customer experience while driving product rollouts and service standards.

The role requires 1+ year of retail management, bilingual English/Spanish, and a passion for leading teams to exceed goals in a fast‑growing wireless retailer environment. Flexible hours include some evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail sales management experience, preferably in a commissioned environment.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Proven ability to drive sales and deliver outstanding customer service.
