Job summary

Mobily is seeking a Retail Store Manager to own the sales and operations of a Mobily store in the Winterville area, driving business performance and leading a high-performing team. You will coach staff, manage inventory, and roll out new products with district leaders to ensure a top-tier customer experience.

The role requires 2+ years of retail management and recruiting experience, fluency in English and Spanish, and strong sales and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• 2+ years proven retail sales management experience (interactive sales process, commissioned sales).
• 2+ years recruiting, hiring, and developing store sales teams.
• Excellent sales skills and ability to meet/exceed performance standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to consistently exceed sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Create an environment where employees can grow and thrive.
• Launch new products/services with District Manager and partners.
• Train team to sell with confidence and knowledge.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and efficient store environment.
• Coach on the sales floor and motivate staff.
• Handle administrative duties like compliance and reporting.
