Job summary

Mobily is seeking a Retail Store Manager in Belvidere, IL to lead sales and store operations, coaching a team to meet and exceed targets while delivering great customer experiences. This role offers base salary with commission and uncapped bonus potential, plus comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Must be able to speak fluent English and Spanish.
Two years proven retail sales management experience.
Two years of recruiting, hiring, and developing successful store sales teams.
Excellent sales skills and demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.

Responsibilities

Own the sales and operations of your store.
Lead by example, coach your team, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Manage inventory and rollout new products/services with district leadership.
Train and develop your team to sell with confidence and knowledge.
Maintain a clean, welcoming, and efficient store environment.
Actively coach on the sales floor to motivate the team.
