Mobily is hiring a Retail Store Manager in Mocksville, NC, to lead store sales and operations with a focus on exceptional customer experiences. You will coach a team, manage inventory, and roll out new products and services while driving performance and compliance.

The role offers base salary with uncapped commission potential, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth across a rapidly expanding organization.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak fluent English and Spanish.
• Two (2) years proven retail sales management experience (interactive sales process, commissioned sales).
• Two (2) years of recruiting, hiring, and developing successful store sales teams.
• Excellent sales skills and demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and develop others.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays per business needs.
• Must have a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
