Mobilelink is hiring a Retail Store Manager in Benton, AR to lead a busy Cricket Wireless store. You will drive sales, coach a team, and ensure excellent customer experiences daily.

As an RSM you will manage operations, inventories, and programs, while delivering strong performance in a competitive market. bilingual English/Spanish skills are required, with 2+ years as a retail sales manager and a passion for developing staff.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and Spanish required.
• Minimum 2 years retail sales management experience.
• Minimum 2 years recruiting, hiring, and developing store sales teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store sales, service, and customer experience initiatives.
• Lead, coach, and develop store team to achieve targets.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and operational standards.
• Partner with District Manager on new products and promotions.
• Schedule staff to budgeted hours and manage back-office compliance.
• Maintain a clean, inviting store environment for customers.
• Support events and outside sales activities as needed.
• Ensure timely training completion for store personnel.
