Job summary

AT&T is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the store manager in Miami to oversee daily retail operations, merchandising, and product launches. You will coach a team of sales consultants to reach sales and service goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and prior management experience, with bilingual English/Spanish being a plus.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a retail store with a store manager partner.
• Assist with merchandising and product launches while meeting/exceeding sales objectives.
• Coach and develop a team of retail sales consultants to achieve sales and service goals.
