Mobilelink is seeking a Retail Store Manager in Sterling, IL to lead sales, customer experience, and store operations for Cricket Wireless products. You will coach staff, drive sales performance, manage inventory, and ensure compliance.

The role requires 2+ years of retail sales management, recruiting and developing teams, strong communication skills, and willingness to work evenings and weekends. You will collaborate with district leadership to implement promotions and staff training.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail sales management experience.
• 2+ years of recruiting, hiring, and developing store sales teams.
• Excellent sales skills and ability to meet targets.
• Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales, service, and customer experience initiatives in-store.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the team to achieve goals.
• Create an environment where employees can excel and stay engaged.
• Educate staff on compensation plans and maximize sales.
• Partner with District Manager to launch new products and promotions.
• Ensure staff are trained on new products and promotions.
• Assist HR and Loss Prevention with investigations as needed.
• Schedule staff to meet budgeted hours and maintain store standards.
• Maintain a clean, inviting atmosphere and ensure asset protection.
