Mobilelink West LLC is seeking a bilingual Retail Store Manager to lead in-store sales, service, and customer experience. You will guide a team, drive the location's performance, and ensure excellent customer interactions while managing operations and inventory.

The role requires strong leadership, a bilingual English/Spanish capability, and a track record in retail management. Base+commission, with extensive growth opportunities across Cricket Wireless stores.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and Spanish required for bilingual role.
• 2+ years proven retail sales management experience.
• 2+ years recruiting, hiring, and developing store sales teams.
• Excellent sales skills and ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and develop others.
• Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient with PC, wireless equipment, copier, and fax.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Reliable transportation to support other locations within 30 minutes radius.

Responsibilities

• Fully accountable for sales, service, and customer experience in-store.
• Lead and coach the team to achieve performance targets.
• Create a work environment where employees excel.
• Ensure exceptional customer experience at all times.
• Educate staff on compensation plans to maximize sales.
• Coordinate with District Manager on new products and promotions.
• Ensure staff are trained on new products and promotions.
