Job summary

Mobilelink is hiring a Retail Store Manager in San Angelo, TX. You will lead all aspects of store sales, service, and customer experience, coaching staff to achieve targets and ensuring an inviting, well-run environment.

Responsibilities include educating teams on compensation plans, implementing promotions, and collaborating with District Management to roll out new products and programs. Flexibility for weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak fluent English.
• 2 years proven retail sales management experience (interactive sales)
• 2 years recruiting, hiring, and developing successful store sales teams
• Excellent sales skills and ability to meet or exceed performance standards
• Ability to motivate, lead, and develop others
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Fully accountable for the execution of sales, service, and customer experience initiatives in-store.
• Lead, coach and motivate the team to achieve targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Create a work environment where all employees can succeed.
• Educate staff on the compensation plan to maximise sales.
• Partner with District Manager to launch new products, services, or processes.
• Ensure staff are trained on new products and promotions for effective selling.
• Assist HR and Loss Prevention in internal investigations.
• Staff and schedule to budgeted hours; maintain a clean, inviting store.
• Protect assets and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Support outside events to drive customer acquisition and brand awareness.
