Qualified candidates bring strong communication skills, retail or auto parts knowledge, and a willingness to obtain RSS Certification. Bilingual skills are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Required: Strong communication skills.
• Desired: Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge.
• ASE Certification may be helpful.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure program adherence.
• Ensure calls and store transfers and shipments are processed timely.
