Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support Store Management in sales, customer service, and store operations. The role includes shift management in the absence of supervisors and encourages bilingual applicants.

Responsibilities include leading customer service for retail and professional customers, processing orders and returns, and ensuring store open/close duties are completed with proper security and procedures. Prior retail or auto parts experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge.
• ASE Certification.
• Fluency in Spanish (highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise showroom customer service programs and ensure transfers and orders are processed timely.
• Ensure opening/closing duties are performed and security procedures followed.
• Assist in scheduling, timekeeping, and adherence to company policies.
• Support store managers in operations and special projects as needed.
