Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support store leadership in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. The role may also assume shift management in the absence of supervisors, and bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities include leading the showroom, delivering excellent service to retail and professional customers, processing store transactions, handling returns and refunds, and managing opening/closing duties along with daily

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels in the showroom and ensure policy-compliant operations.
• Handle buy online/ship to store, hub and store transfers, and DC add orders; contact customers on shipment arrivals.
• Process returns/exchanges, refunds, invoicing, and staging of returned goods.
• Oversee opening/closing duties, cash handling, security, and daily store operations.
• Delegate merchandising tasks and ensure adherence to schedules and policy.
