Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail experience preferred or helpful.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Oversee showroom service levels and ensure team executes customer service programs.
• Answer phones according to policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub, and store-to-store transfers; notify customers on shipment arrivals.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently per procedures.
• Process returns and exchanges; issue refunds with correct payment methods; stage returned items.
• Invoice merchandise before it leaves the store, including core charges and warranties.
• Communicate Zipline messages and assign merchandising tasks to team members.
• Monitor adherence to posted schedule; approve deviations and ensure proper clock-ins/outs.
• Execute store opening/closing duties; perform day-end procedures and secure money/deposits.
• Other duties as assigned.
