Job summary

Sun Com Mobile, LLC is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to deliver complete, high quality sales that exceed the company\'s benchmarks on key metrics. You will drive sales of handsets, rate plans, features and accessories following management guidance and benchmarks set by leadership.

As a role model, you\'ll assist new hires and peers, perform other duties as assigned, and adhere to store policies, paperwork, and training timelines. You will maintain store appearance and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent is preferred.
• Retail sales experience (1 year) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver complete, high quality sales that exceed the company's benchmark on key metrics.
• Drive sales of preferred handsets, rate plans, features and accessories, per company guidance and benchmarks set by management.
• Practice specific behaviors and best practices to generate and maximize sales and key metrics, as indicated by management.
• Perform as a role model and offer assistance for all new hires and peer Retail Sales Consultants.
• Perform other work-related tasks, as assigned by management.
