Job summary

Sun Com is seeking a motivated Retail Sales Consultant to consistently exceed monthly sales quotas by delivering complete, high quality sales of handsets, rate plans, features and accessories, in line with management benchmarks.

You will follow all store policies, maintain store appearance, master systems such as Aktivate and ADP, accurately record time, and support new hires while ensuring excellent customer service and integrity in every transaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 and eligible to work in the United States.
• Full-time availability; 4 days/30 hours per week minimum.
• Able to stand for long periods.
• Reliable transportation to location, training and off-site meetings.

Responsibilities

• Exceed monthly sales quotas and deliver high quality sales.
• Drive sales of handsets, rate plans, features and accessories per benchmarks.
• Follow company policies and maintain store appearance and paperwork.
