Job summary

suncommobilecareers seeks a dedicated Retail Sales Consultant for in-person roles in the United States. You will exceed sales quotas by promoting handsets, rate plans, features and accessories, following company benchmarks and guidance.

You will also adhere to policies, complete required training, and maintain store assets. Ideal candidates are 18+ with 1 year of retail experience, able to stand long hours, and capable of travel for training.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States.
• Minimum of 4 days/30 hours per week.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must have reliable transportation to location, training and off-site meetings.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail sales experience is preferred (1 year).
• Spanish language preferred.

Responsibilities

• Exceed monthly sales quotas.
• Deliver complete, high quality sales that exceed benchmarks on key metrics.
• Drive sales of handsets, rate plans, features and accessories per guidance.
• Practice behaviors and best practices to maximize sales and metrics.
• Act as a role model and assist new hires and peers.
• Follow company policies and paperwork procedures.
• Master required systems: Aktivate, ADP, Cricket Learning, Paycom.
• Review sales paperwork for discrepancies and errors.
• Adhere to cash depositing procedures and protect company assets.
• Open/close store with accurate checklists and zero errors.
• Communicate inventory deficiencies to supervisors promptly.
