Job summary

Sun Com Mobile, LLC is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to deliver high‑quality sales that beat benchmarks. You will push sales of handsets, rate plans, features and accessories while following company guidance and best practices.

The role requires leadership with new hires and peers and performing other duties as assigned by management. Essential duties include maintaining store appearance, adhering to policies, managing paperwork, and completing required training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 days / 30 hours per week
• Must be 18 or older and legally able to work in the United States
• Able to stand for long periods of time
• Reliable transportation to location, training and off-site meetings

Responsibilities

• Deliver complete, high quality sales that exceed company benchmarks.
• Drive sales of handsets, rate plans, features and accessories per management guidance.
• Be a role model and assist new hires and peers.
• Perform other work-related tasks as assigned by management.
• Maintain store appearance and comply with cash handling and inventory procedures.
