Job summary

Socket.dev in the United States is hiring a full-time Retail Sales Consultant to exceed monthly quotas and deliver high-quality sales across handsets, plans and accessories. You will follow benchmarks set by management, assist new hires, and perform related duties to ensure customer satisfaction.

The role requires standing for long periods, a minimum of 4 days/30 hours per week, and reliable transportation to the store. Spanish language skills are preferred for serving a diverse customer base.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience is preferred.
• Ability to exceed monthly sales quotas.

Responsibilities

• Exceed monthly sales quotas.
• Deliver high quality sales that exceed benchmarks.
• Drive sales of handsets, rate plans, features and accessories.
• Follow company guidance and management benchmarks.
• Model best practices and assist new hires.
• Perform other work-related tasks as assigned by management.
• Adhere to store policies and paperwork procedures.
• Master required systems (RQ4, Paycom, etc.).
• Maintain store appearance and protect company assets.
• Open/close procedures with accurate checklists.
