Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to work in person in the United States. You will exceed monthly sales quotas and deliver complete, high-quality sales of handsets, rate plans, features, and accessories per company guidance and benchmarks.

You will model best practices, assist new hires and peers, and perform other duties as assigned by management. You will follow policies and preserve store assets, while mastering systems like Aktivate, ADP, and Paycom.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions.
• Minimum of 4 days/30 hours per week.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must have reliable transportation to location, training and off-site meetings

Responsibilities

• Exceed monthly sales quotas.
• Deliver high-quality sales that exceed benchmarks.
• Drive sales of handsets, rate plans, features and accessories per management benchmarks.
• Model best practices and mentor new hires and peers.
• Perform other work-related tasks as assigned by management.
• Adhere to all policies and paperwork procedures and protect company assets.
• Master required systems (e.g., Aktivate, ADP, Cricket Learning).
