Responsibilities

• Exceed monthly sales quotas and drive sales of handsets, rate plans, features and accessories.
• Deliver complete, high quality sales that exceed the company's benchmark on key metrics.
• Practice behaviors to generate and maximize sales and key metrics.
• Assist and mentor new hires and peer Retail Sales Consultants.
• Adhere to all company policies and cash depositing procedures.
