Socket.dev in Texas (In person) is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Consultant to exceed monthly quotas and deliver high quality sales of handsets, rate plans, features and accessories in line with management benchmarks.

Responsibilities

• Exceed monthly sales quotas.
• Deliver high quality sales that exceed company benchmarks on key metrics.
• Drive sales of handsets, rate plans, features and accessories.
• Follow management guidance and best practices to maximize sales metrics.
• Assist and mentor new retail sales consultants.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Adhere to all policies and paperwork procedures.
• Maintain store appearance and safeguard assets.
• Communicate inventory deficiencies to supervisors.
