Job summary

Pull-A-Part, LLC is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to welcome customers, guide them through the parts yard, and process transactions efficiently. You’ll help locate parts, answer questions, and ensure an excellent customer experience in a busy retail environment.

The role emphasizes teamwork, respect for customers and colleagues, and adherence to core values. Some positions require outdoor work and weekend availability; training and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role (retail, call center, hospitality, etc.).
• Confidence using computers, kiosks, and mobile devices.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Willingness to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet throughout the day.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers, identifying their needs.
• Help customers find parts using digital tools.
• Process cash and card transactions quickly and accurately.
• Receive and process car titles and paperwork.
• Share promotions, warranties, and events with customers.
• Keep the store and yard clean and organized.
• Provide friendly and efficient service.
