Job summary

Pull-A-Part is seeking a Bilingual Retail Sales Associate to welcome customers, guide them through the parts yard, and process transactions with accuracy. You will identify customer needs, use digital tools to locate parts, and ensure a smooth, friendly shopping experience in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires at least 1+ year in customer-facing roles, comfort with computers and kiosks, and the ability to work weekends and outdoors in varying conditions.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role (retail, call center, hospitality, etc.)
• Comfort using computers, kiosks, and mobile devices
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Willingness to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet throughout the day
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
• Reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers, identifying their needs
• Help customers find parts using digital tools
• Process cash and card transactions quickly and accurately
• Receive and process car titles and paperwork
• Share promotions, warranties, and events with customers
• Keep the store and yard clean and organized
