O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations, with shift management duties when supervisors are unavailable.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
• ASE Certification is preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service
• Supervise the customer service levels in the retail showroom with program execution
• Answer phones according to company policy
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store-to-store transfers promptly
• Handle special orders and outside purchases per procedure
• Process returns and exchanges efficiently and accurately
• Invoice merchandise before it leaves the store
• Delegate Zipline messages and merchandising tasks
• Ensure staff clock in/out and follow schedule
• Perform opening/closing duties and secure deposits
• All other duties as assigned
