Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field desirable or equivalent experience.
• Canada only: Registration to sell investment products completed.
• Lending qualifications and designations.
• Knowledge of personal and small business banking needs and solutions.
• Knowledge of retail investments and lending products.
• Experience in financial services is an asset.
• Experience with social media, tablets, smartphones, and online tools.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to assess needs and identify financial solutions across banking channels.
• Advise on everyday banking, retail investments, lending, home financing, and small business solutions.
• Provide guidance on digital and self-serve options to streamline banking for customers.
• Support customer transactions and follow through on inquiries.
