Qualifications

• Typically between 2-3 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study desirable or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Appropriate lending qualifications and designations.
• Working knowledge of personal and small business customer needs and solutions.
• Experience in financial services is an asset.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with existing customers and prospects to assess needs and identify opportunities for loyalty and growth.
• Advise on financial solutions and preferred banking channels, including everyday banking, retail investments, lending, and home financing.
• Promote digital and self-serve options to make banking easy and fast for customers.
• Support customer transactions and respond to inquiries across channels.
• Build relationships by reaching out, setting appointments, and networking within the community.
• Ensure compliance with risk, regulatory, and lending policies and analyze issues to determine next steps.
