• Lead needs-based assessments to grow loyalty and identify opportunities
• Engage customers to identify financial solutions and tailoring them to sales and service needs
• Provide guidance on digital/self-serve options to simplify banking
• Assist with customer transactions and branch activities
• Build new relationships within the community and schedule appointments
• Ensure data accuracy in lending applications and compliance with policies
• Apply risk management framework to protect bank assets
• Make credit recommendations for personal lending and home financing
• Collaborate with branch and market teams to deliver customer experience
• Gather customer needs and integrate marketing programs into conversations
