Woodforest National Bank is seeking a Branch Banker in Spring, TX to build and grow retail customer relationships through outstanding service and proactive product marketing. You will help customers with deposits, accounts and simple loan solutions while delivering the Woodforest Experience in a fast-paced branch environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant retail sales and/or customer service experience.
• Prior in-store retail banking experience preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated willingness to accept coaching and feedback to improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Take personal responsibility for delivering strong retail performance by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate banking solutions.
• Act with accountability in achieving individual sales goals through proactive conversations, referrals, and marketing outreach.
• Open and maintain deposit accounts and consumer loan products with accuracy and attention to compliance standards.
