Job summary

Woodforest National Bank in Texas-Spring is seeking a Banker to act as frontline ambassador, delivering the Woodforest Experience and growing retail customer relationships through excellent service.

You will promote banking products, support digital tools, and handle branch operations with accuracy, teamwork, and integrity in a fast-paced retail setting.

Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred; prior retail banking experience is a plus; full-time position with local travel up to 45 miles.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant retail sales and/or customer service experience
• Prior in-store retail banking experience preferred but not required
• Demonstrated willingness to accept coaching and feedback
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work flexible or extended hours based on retail branch needs
• Must be fluent in English and Spanish

Responsibilities

• Take personal responsibility for delivering strong retail performance by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate banking solutions.
• Act with accountability in achieving individual sales goals through proactive conversations, referrals, and marketing outreach both inside and outside the branch.
• Maintain operational excellence through accurate transaction processing, account opening, and consistent adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Open and maintain deposit accounts and consumer loan products with accuracy and attention to compliance standards.
