Job summary
Driftwood Hospitality Management’s Kueros Restaurant in San Juan seeks a Restaurant Server to warmly welcome guests during breakfast and guide the dinner experience with attentiveness and energy. You will share the story behind specials and promotions, taking orders with care to ensure accuracy and a memorable dining journey.
As the first and last touchpoint, you will input orders into the POS, deliver meals with precision, follow safety and liquor regulations, and support the team to maintain
Qualifications
- Fully bilingual, Spanish and English, able to engage and connect conversationally in both languages.
- Knowledge of all State, Federal and Corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.
- Knowledge of all food safety regulations, Serve Safe or similar food handling certification preferred.
- Must have basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations and etiquette.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner and explain specials/promotions.
- Input the order into the POS and ensure accuracy.
- Deliver orders to guests with appropriate condiments and check satisfaction.
- Adhere to liquor regulations and safety procedures.
- Assist bus team and maintain clean service areas.
