Job summary

Kueros Restaurant at Driftwood Hospitality Management properties seeks a Restaurant Server to guide guests through breakfast service and into dinner, delivering warm, attentive service and maintaining a smooth flow from host to kitchen to table.

The Server greets guests, explains specials, takes and relays orders, inputs into POS, and delivers meals with care, while ensuring accuracy and compliance with liquor regulations. Bilingual required, with weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Fully bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Knowledge of State, Federal and Corporate liquor regulations.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations; Serve Safe or similar certification preferred.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations and etiquette.
• Knowledge of appropriate table settings and service ware.
• Ability to remember and promote menu items.
• Ability to operate beverage equipment (e.g., coffee maker).

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and explain specials/promotions.
• Check station for proper setup and cleanliness.
• Record and repeat guest orders for accuracy.
• Input orders into POS and relay details to kitchen.
• Retrieve and deliver completed orders with condiments.
• Adhere to liquor regulations for minors and intoxicated guests.
• Replenish beverages and monitor guest satisfaction.
• Offer desserts and specialty coffees.
• Assist bussing and side work.
• Perform general cleaning per health standards.
• Present checks promptly.
• Follow all company policies and safety procedures.
• Maintain neat, groomed appearance.
• Assist other restaurant personnel as needed.
