Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Professional, neat and clean-cut appearance.
• High degree of self-motivation and project positive attitude.
• Customer centric and enjoys serving others.
• Ability to establish rapport and develop trust with customers.
• Ability to enter data quickly and accurately.
• Ability to use MS Office applications and navigate the internet.
• English/Spanish bilingual speakers preferred.
• Pre-employment screening includes, but isn’t limited to, criminal background check.
• Bachelor’s degree in interior design or equivalent experience preferred.
• 5 years furniture sales required.
• Interior design experience required.
• Ability to work early mornings/late nights and weekends based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Be a go-getter! Make a positive first impression.
• Connect Constantly circulate the sales floor and greet customers in a timely manner. Avoid “grouping” or other behaviors that prevent effective greetings.
• Be the Expert Know your customers, know your products – find the perfect fit.
• Maintain a good working knowledge of system functionality and enhancements for faster and more efficient order processing.
• Manage Identify and resolve all post-order problems quickly and efficiently. Partner with other sales staff or customer care teams whenever necessary to ensure prompt and thorough problem resolution.
