Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for residents, external clients, and officials.
• Log, investigate, and resolve inquiries via multiple channels.
• Maintain records and track resolutions in internal/HUD systems.
• Provide courteous, professional communication and escalate when needed.
• Educate residents on leasing rules per HUD Handbook 4350.3.
