Job summary

Supports the Resident Relations Manager to meet service quality standards. The position requires excellent communication, multi-tasking, and proficiency with HUD Secure Systems and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service, housing compliance, or call center operations.
• Familiarity with HUD programs, COS, and PBCA operations strongly preferred.
• Bi-lingual in Haitian Creole (verbal and written) is required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, log, and investigate inquiries via phone, email, fax, mail, or in-person.
• Determine inquiry type and initiate resolution tracking in internal software.
• Notify Owners/Agents of issues within required timeframes.
• Contact complainants promptly to confirm concerns have been reported.
• Investigate and resolve resident inquiries or complaints.
• Document actions and communications in internal software and HUD iREMS.
• Close inquiries upon resolution and upload final documents.
• Assist in preparing monthly tracking logs and HUD submissions.
• Educate residents on programmatic rules and HUD Handbook 4350.3.
