Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries from residents and external clients via multiple channels.
• Log, investigate, and resolve inquiries and complaints per HUD ACC rules.
• Track progress and update HUD and internal systems; escalate as needed.
• Communicate professionally with residents and stakeholders; educate on leasing rules.
