Job summary

Tampa Housing Authority is seeking a Resident Relations Specialist who is fluent in Haitian Creole, both spoken and written. You will manage inquiries from residents and stakeholders, log cases, and coordinate with the Resident Relations Manager to ensure timely resolutions in line with HUD ACC requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service, housing or call center.
• Familiarity with HUD programs and related procedures.

Responsibilities

• Receive, log, and investigate inquiries via multiple channels.
• Notify Owners/Agents within required timeframes and resolve issues.
• Document actions in internal software and HUD systems.
• Support HUD submissions and respond to FOIA requests as needed.
