Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Public Health, Health Administration, or a related field.
• Four years of experience working in a human research setting or relevant experience.
• Fluency in speaking, reading, and writing Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Prepare study materials and forms, including consent and recruitment materials, intervention materials, and assessment materials, and dissemination plans (in English and Spanish).
• Prepare IRB applications and modification requests; maintain human subjects for active grants and track IRB updates.
• Draft, format, and edit research manuscripts, posters, and presentations; use RedCap and other study databases to track workflow and generate reports.
• Coordinate communications, meetings, budgets, calendars, and manage correspondence; disseminate research products and manage dissemination.
