NYU Langone Health is seeking a full-time Research Data Associate (Spanish-English bilingual) to support pediatric clinical research. The role interfaces with diverse teams, patients, and families, contributing to NIH and PCORI projects focused on social determinants of health, nutrition, and pediatric care.

You will manage recruitment, data collection in RedCap/Excel, and assist with literature reviews, grant submissions, and IRB materials.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree plus one year related experience or equivalent
• Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) required
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) preferred
• Experience or interest in data analysis using Stata and/or R preferred
• Experience with RedCap is advantageous

Responsabilités

• Recruit participants and obtain informed consent from the waiting room.
• Conduct literature searches and support grant/submission activities.
• Translate project-related documents as needed.
• Prepare materials for conferences, publications, and dissemination.
• Create projects/instruments in RedCap and enter data into RedCap/Excel.
• Assist with IRB materials and study regulations binder.
• Perform medical chart reviews and data abstraction from multiple hospital systems.
• Support general research administrative duties and coordinate with team.
