Qualifications

• BA/BS in Psychology, Health Science, Public Health, Epidemiology, Anthropology, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organization and time-management abilities.
• Cultural competence with diverse populations.
• Experience working independently and in a team.
• Fluency in Spanish.
• Experience in academic writing.
• Preferred: prior research, IRB experience, interviews/surveys, data collection tools (REDCap) and statistics (SPSS, SAS).

Responsibilities

• Prepare IRB documents and recruit, consent, and interview participants.
• Develop intervention materials and data collection surveys.
• Code and analyze qualitative and quantitative data.
• Assist with grant writing, manuscripts, and reports.
• Coordinate trainings and communicate with study sites.
