Smart Start, Inc. is seeking a remote Sales Program Advisor (Care Center Sales) to drive revenue by managing inbound and outbound calls, selling Interlock products, and delivering exceptional service nationwide.

You will support clients with tailored solutions while upholding our reputation in the alcohol-monitoring industry. The role offers hourly pay with uncapped commissions and incentives, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health coverage and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

Bilingual English and Spanish required.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
Minimum 6 months of sales or customer service experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with CRM software and sales-tracking tools.

Responsibilities

Engage inbound and outbound callers to promote and sell Interlock products and services.
Provide accurate product information and resolve client inquiries with professionalism.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and referrals.
Build and maintain relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
Conduct follow-up calls and manage correspondence to ensure client satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service and uphold the company reputation.
Escalate issues appropriately while maintaining detailed records in CRM.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations tailored to client needs.
Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings.
